We are always committed to ensuring customer satisfaction! If the bag you ordered is too large, too small, or does not meet your expectations, we will happily refund your money. If the bag you received is defective, we will replace it at no charge.
Please enter your return information below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Important Notes:
1) Bags must be returned in new and saleable condition; used bags are not refundable.
2) Defective bags do not need to be returned for exchange. However, please fill out the form so that we can process your request. We may need photos of the defect.
3) Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4) Once you contact us, you will receive an email with your return number within 1-2 business days. To ensure your refund and expedite processing, please complete all required information on this form and include your return number on the return label.
5) Your refund or exchange will typically be processed within 2-3 days of receiving your return. If a refund is issued, the purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
