We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact customer service and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If your bag is damaged or we sent the wrong bag, we will replace it for free.
Customer Service
If you have any questions about your order, please call our friendly customer service hotline at +1 951-688-6369 during normal business hours. Business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If a customer service representative is unable to assist you, we will return your call as soon as we return to the office. You can also email us or fill out our contact form. We will do our best to respond to urgent emails outside of normal business hours.
Shipping and Delivery
Your order will typically ship the next business day after it is placed. For urgent orders, please call customer service. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Russellville, Kentucky. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you within 1 business day to resolve the issue. We currently ship to the United States only. All destination states are subject to sales tax, if applicable.
Please confirm that your address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrectly entered addresses. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable if the address is entered incorrectly.

Returns and Exchanges
Most returns are due to packages being too large or too small. Please check the dimensions of your package before placing your order to ensure that you receive the size you expect.
Orders may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, but shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note that orders over $400 may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you would like to return an item, please complete our Return Request Form. We will provide you with a return number that you will need to provide upon return in order to receive a refund.
Payment, Prices and Promotions
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards, all issued on US banks. All orders are subject to credit card approval. We do not accept money orders.
All prices are subject to change without notice and are in U.S. dollars.
