When will my bag ship? Most orders will ship the next business day.
Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have any questions about shipping times, please contact customer service.
2025 US National Holidays are as follows; we will be closed on the following dates:

How long will it take for my bag to arrive? Typical service times are as follows, but may take longer. If you have any questions or need your order as soon as possible, please call customer service. Please note that orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed.
USPS First Class Mail - 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
Can I view shipping costs before placing an order? Yes! Click "My Cart" at the top of the page, then scroll down to the "Estimate Shipping and Taxes" box, enter your zip code, and click "Get Quotes."
Why isn't First Class Mail offered as a shipping option for my order? The Post Office only allows First Class Mail for packages weighing less than 13 ounces. Packages weighing more than 13 ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Do you ship internationally? Many companies offer international package forwarding services. Please refer to this page for more information on how to forward packages from a US address.
Can you ship to a PO Box? Yes, but only through USPS (United States Postal Service). Your PO Box will receive a notification that your package is waiting for pickup. We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes using UPS Ground.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free shipping is available on all regular orders over $50 (excluding wholesale orders).
Do you offer a customer satisfaction guarantee? We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue. If your bag is damaged or we sent the wrong one, we will replace it for free. Please visit our customer service page to learn more about our guarantee.
Where do I enter my coupon code? Click "My Cart" at the top of the page, then scroll down to the "Discount Code" box, enter your code, and click "Apply Coupon."
What are the dimensions of the bag? The dimensions of each bag are provided on its page. Scroll down to the "Additional Information" section below the description.
What is the employee discount program? We offer a 10% discount to employees who work for organizations that require clear work bags. To get your employee discount code, please email us or call customer service.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk pricing for retail stores, companies, schools, and other groups. Click here for more information.
Do you offer customization? We can print your company or organization's logo on large quantities of bags. Click here for more information.
Do you offer gift options? Our packing slips do not display prices, so if you want to order something for someone else, the recipient will not see the actual price paid. If you would like a gift message to appear on your packing slip, please call customer service or email us immediately after placing your order and we will be happy to add a gift message for you at no charge.
How should I care for my bag? The clear vinyl can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Any sticky marks or scuffs can be removed with "Goo Gone" or a similar product. We do not recommend washing the bag. To keep the bag wrinkle-free when not in use, stuff a towel or other bulky item inside the bag to help it retain its shape.
My bag arrived wrinkled/stiff, what do I do? To remove wrinkles from the vinyl, try gently heating the clear section with a hair dryer on low setting. Alternatively, stuff a towel inside the bag and place it in the dryer on low setting for approximately 1 minute. Please use good judgement* and see the safety notes below! To keep your bag wrinkle-free when not in use, stuff a towel or other bulky item inside the bag to help it hold its shape.
* Use good judgement... we cannot be held responsible for damage to bags caused by following the advice given here! Individual appliances may havee different heat settings and bags may react differently to heat. Children should be supervised by an adult. When in doubt please call Customer Service before undertaking any cleaning or de-wrinkling procedure.
